Today I want to share a very unusual experience that I had while traveling in Andorra.
I injured my hand during my attempt to snowboard on the slopes so I couldn’t do any winter sports till the end of the entire journey. Andorra la Vella, the capital and basically the only city in the whole country, with the population of 22,256. It really takes a few hours to walk around it, then do some tax-free shopping, eat … and that’s it. The city itself is a ski resort and you are not expected to want any big cities entertainment.
I started searching for some experiences, hoping to find those, that I’d remember for the rest of my life.
I heard a story about a man, who’s lost his family and after that lived with his Husky dogs and wolves and that he lives from letting the tourists ride the dogs. He lives in a house with no electricity, water, and heating, and all the dogs sleep in the house with him. There are about 40 or 50 of them. He takes really good care of them, brushes their hair and delivers fresh chicken every morning. This is the difference between taking care of pets and making a business.

Beautiful animals! What a wonderful experience, even though you weren’t able to do what you had originally planned.
Huskies are such elegant dogs! The story about the man and his pets is very touching, and I love the note of yours saying the difference between ‘taking care of pets and making a business.’
