Hi everybody, today I’d like to share something really personal with you and I hope that this little story will motivate you to do more than you usually expect from myself.
Last two years were both the happiest and saddest through my entire life, and due to a very painful personal loss my body started undergoing some really negative changes. Recently I found some inner resources to start caring about my body again and fix what was destroyed. It is not easy at all, I must admit.
I started with a new nutrition plan that was developed for my needs and based on my blood tests. Then I continued with mesotherapy for my body and face.
First, my body was not reacting at all, can you imagine how desperate I felt to give up all the creme brulees, sushi, bakery and milk? Especially when I was travelling in Vienna, where all its gorgeous restaurants are about local cakes, marzipan and chocolate. And mesotherapy itself is so painful. It was very hard!
Now I have come to Philippines for several months and I finally managed to eat according to the nutrition plan, that is:
8-9 am – fruit or quinoa
11-11:30 am – fruit or quinoa
13:30 seafood and vegetables or eggs and vegetables
16:00 coconut water and the coconut itself, or any other peanuts
18:30 – 19:30 – seafood, chicken and vegetables
I also do full body massage twice a week, swim and do some very basic and short exercise. A few days ago I have noticed the result and I am so motivated!
By the way, these are the first pictures of me wearing a bikini I have made over the past few years and I am actually very proud of myself)
